Guest guest
Sat Nam, Avtar, it's so interesting to hear about your experience at Master's Touch. It was definitely alot different than mine in a lot of ways, but I can also relate to what you have been saying. My favorite part of MT though -- besides sitting at the feet of Yogi Bhajan, which is a completely unique subject! -- was the group sadhana every morning. For me, this practice opened up a whole new spiritual understanding of Yoga and my connection with God through Yoga. The energy of the group around me was an integral part of my intense experience with it. Every morning, I felt true love for each and every person in the room as well as all the Gurus and teachers throughout the world and the ages who have ever worshipped in the hours of Amrit Vela! Sadhana for me was like the mother of all heart opening exercises! Hari Kaur was here in Seattle last week and we had a chat about it. She said that there is nothing like the sadhana at Master's Touch! Also she reminded me of the coziness and support of our groups that we met with after sadhana, too. I have been craving that ever since I left. Fortunately, I have found a mini-version of some of this group energy at our sadhana here, however inconsistent it is definitely the cornerstone of my Path. Okay, I usually try to keep my posts alot shorter than this, but gotta say one last thing about MT! It's alot to process. It's been 4.5 months since the course, and my life has been turned upside down. Most days, I am completely insane. Remember the first night of Master's Touch, Yogi Bhajan came to talk to us... he said "we are going to fuck you up"!?!? Well, what are the odds, he was right! Wahe Guru!
