Take a deep breath, now when you exhale instead of simply breathing out as you normally do, you rather 'spit' or 'puff' like you are blowing hair out of your face or blowing a candle out. You blast it, from the diaphram, and if you sort of puff your cheeks while blowing out, it sounds like a cannon, sort of. Try it a few times you'll learn it fast. Hope your doing ok!
