Veggetarian Diet; Nothing Missing

"As many athletes will attest, there is nothing missing from the

vegetarian diet."

 

--usually I agree with you. If what you mean by 'nothings missing' you

mean you can live vegetarian indefinitely, I agree. If you mean the

body is getting absolutely everthing that it otherwise would on a meat

eating diet, then you would be leaving out creatine. Creatine is

naturally processed from meat. Red meat is high in creatine, and so is

salmon.

 

Maybe only folks that exert alot physically would notice, because I did.

 

The prana and sun salutes discussion is interesting, as for myself I

raise decent amout of prana every morning, so now its time for...CREATINE!!!
