Right now seems to be in a bit of a mess. I know they were working on a server upgrade last week. It would appear that they have not got it quite right yet. They don't tell anybody what is going on. We just need to make intuitive guesses. If you feel that you have been missing messages, then you can check them at the site - /mygroups ( password required) If you are receiving duplicates, then hopefully they will stop soon. If you are on bounce status then you won't be reading this mail anyway! :-) (If you are ever placed on bounce status, again you need to go to the MyGroups Website and check your account status. You will find an option to send out a test probe, which will verify that your account is working before restoring you to normal status. If you are unable to access the MyGroups site, then please send a message to kundaliniyoga-owner and your friendly moderator will try to fix it for you.) Sat Nam!
