A Kundalini Experience Story???

Hello All,

I'm thinking that this is a Kundalini experience story.

I went to the doctor today because I have some lumps on my upper leg which

are a little sore. I thought maybe I needed a professional opinion. The

doctor said that they seem to be cysts. I wondered why so many appeared so

suddenly and she said that it was probably the way I moved the leg or worked

the muscle repeatedly. Then she said that looking at my records these last

few weeks makes her wonder if my body is throwing off something. That's

when it hit me that I was having a problem with my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd chakras

a while back and decided to intensify my yoga to precipitate a speedier

movement of energy. It was about the end of the 1st week of this new

routine that I started having trouble with sound in my left ear ( doctor

said, "nothings there"), followed by eight days of HIVES, with no allergic

reason, which almost drove me crazy and now these lumps. I'm thinking that

my body is going through some kind of intense purging. Oh yes, there were

two days when I kept vomiting for no reason also, but felt fine otherwise.

Does this sound like some kind of Kundalini reaction? I mean, if my

assumption that my first 3 chakras were blocked, or something, was correct

and my more intense routine opened up something, would it cause crazy things

like this to happen? None of these physical things seem related and none

had any sound allopathic reason for being, yet they were and are happening.

I've heard of some people having some very uncomfortable reactions to

kundalini raising. While this is nothing I can't handle, I can't help but

wonder what poisons are in my body that are being released in such a bizarre

fashion.

Sat Nam Swami!

I'm not a proffesional opinion but I can relate to what you are describing....I

think things are coming up to the surface whether we want them to or not in this

last year and sometimes with a vengence it seems.

I too am noticing little cysts on my body (mostly throat region for me),

actually I had one on my face as well and do you know how it eventually

resolved? After yoga one night I came home looked in the mirror and it had

turned into a blood blister and burst!! How strange! I guess the gunk is just

coming out of my blood stream..so I'm waiting with anticipaction to see how this

lovely cyst on the front of my throat is going to resolve! ha ha! Yes...my

kundalini yoga practice has been glamorous from the word go! ha ha!

The considerably scarred by chicken pox,

Sat Sangeet!

Sat Nam, I'm not going anywhere near attempting to

diagnose what's going on but to relate what happened

to me lo those many years ago when I started doing a

regular sadhana, there's this. I first got a large,

red, tender boil at the base of my spine (the tail

bone) and then, almost immediately a similar one

though not quite as ugly on the Third Eye point

between the eyebrows. Both came to a head (!) within

2-3 days of each other and simply burst (in sadhana)

without any other prompting from me except my own

wondering what was going on.

My advice is to be patient with the condition but not

neglectful. If you feel you need a healer, no matter

what kind, then you should probably go see one,

posthaste!

Blessings,
