Guest guest Posted March 6, 2003 Report Share Posted March 6, 2003 Hello, When I began running, in three months time, my natural pulse went down from 75 to 60 pulses per minute. My breath retention jumped from 2'50 to 5'17 and now I can go up to 2 breath a minute, even though I need to do it in a conscious way. This clearly means I have understood nothing.
