I learnt something about cysts last night, I believe. Earlier this year I had a cyst present somewhere else in my body and was told it was due to "congealed" emotion in that area...which through healing and meditation I have begun to resolve... So I didn't know whether it was the "area" the cyst was in that pertained to congealed emotion or whether cysts anywhere just simply relate to congealed emotion? So last night I taught the Nabhi Kriya to a class then directly after that class, I attend a class that my teacher instructs and we practiced Surya Kriya, I believe.... Well...I was having a strange experience throughout the class. If I had to sum it up quickly...I'd say I was doing a doctor Jekyll/Mister Hyde thing. (I'm in the light!...no I'm not!...I'm in the light!...no I'm not!) you get the picture...Nose diving into the gutter in one moment and rising like the Pheonix in the next! And then to put the icing on the cake we chanted har! I did'nt have a hope in hell after that! I was experiencing "torrential" anger within me. Anyone who spoke to me after class could probably notice I had an "edge" to me...when I experience anger, I'm very familiar with it, so I recognize right away that this is my defense mechanism being stirred...and if I can "ride the wave" without getting pulled under by it...the transformation will, usually, come by way of tears and then some greater understanding will surface as the emotions flow and release....at any rate, I made it home, without annihilating anyone or myself, on the way. I walk in the house, my husband says one thing to me and I let out something, that I can only describe as a "battle cry"...but before it gained any steam, the tears began to flow...and I cried like my world was ending for about 15 mins. Then I got up wiped off my face and cooked my supper. What I noticed was that the cyst on the front of my throat had decreased by about a third...so I am assuming from this experience...cysts in general relate to congealed emotion. Hope that helps?
