Guest guest
Hi Seva Simran, Wow this is getting heated. For the sake of our posters, I can say I actually used creatine for about 2 years, and have no problems or side effects. Taking the end product of most any substance is much cheaper than taking the precursor I've found (that's one reason I take L-Glutamine and not Glutathione), and you get much more of it, as far as methionine is concerned. Yes you could get creatine from other sources other than meat. "insuring you will get enough creatine." --if I'm moving furniture for a living how much methionine should I take? I never had a problem with my body not creating enough. But when I went back to the gym I did notice a lack. I attribute that to my not eating meat. Thats a safe bet. I supplement with protein, but the little creatine my body might process from other sources isn't going to make up that difference. My situation is different relative to many posters who might consider supplementing with creatine. I'm used to having a larger pool of it for my body to use, and no meat now means even less and methionine, beans etc... why fumble around with 4 other sources instead of just taking a powder!! :-) Blessings Deva
