Guest guest
Seva Simran, Your scaring people "The goal is to use supplementation wisely, and substances like creatine, amino acids and suchlike, because they are involved directly in the body's biochemical processes, can be easily abused with potentially undesireable side-effects." --I safely supplemented for a good part of the last decade, no undesirable side-effects, whatsoever. Question, why would you think L-Glutamine might cause undesireable side-effects taken in small amounts 5gms/day? You know, L-Glutamine is prescribed in European hospitals for patients recovering from surgery. Why? Because its better than drugs! No side effects, and builds up immunity. Besides I don't see any of our members rushing out to score Glutamine, or creatine and do massive quantities a day. Thats why I carefully noted the amounts I take, which BTW are very small. "If you are cautious of that then there is no problem." --also following the directions on the bottle. Blessings Deva
