Sat Sangeet,

Thank you for that information. That makes sense. The only thing that has

me REALLY wondering is, if it is related to"congealed emotion" in that

"area", does having them at the very upper, slightly inner part of the leg

mean what I think it does? Also, If it does, then it does relate to the

first and second chakras, right?

Sat Nam,

Swami Kaur

Dear Swami Kaur,

I would have to investigate further..but off the top of my head...I would say

that there is a natural downward force in the first two chakras...so alot of

potential for stuff to be congealed here if elimination isn't really great

(physically and emotionally).

You might want to visit a homeopathic practicioner...because I know there are

remedies to be had! for congealed emotion.

And I know, a few people often wonder, you know, I have all this stuff going on

and where do I start?? The most effective way of proceeding is always to work

with what is presenting itself to you in this moment. So it could be that you

need elimination and 2 chakra workouts "or" maybe there is something that needs

to be worked on prior to that?? One way to find out is to petition the universe

for guidance.

Tune in...do sat Kriya or some yoga or pranayama to get the energy going...and

then project the thought...God/Universe/Creator (whatever your concept of God

is) what do I need to heal in this moment to move forward? out the third eye

point...feel the aura deeply to magnetize the thought and then let it

go...continue chanting or whatever meditation you practice and be receptive to

what feedback appears.

Feedback might be...a feeling of anxiety in your solar plexus "or" it might be

an inutuitive voice that very calmly says...you wear a "jacket" of shame and you

need to start ripping it apart at the seams...it can come anyway really...or

maybe in your enviroment you notice a theme appearing in what people speak to

you about...etc etc..

It's important to remember....there isn't one emotion that can not be

successfully worked with...every emotion we experience has the "potential" to

have a gift "distilled" from it...we just need to follow the process of

meditation.

You know when you think about the ocean...the tide comes in and the tide goes

out...emotions are like that....they rise like a wave...and we feel like we

might be overcome by them...but what goes up must come down....and the tide

turns and goes back out to sea....this is the emotion subsiding....and we get to

look around on the beach at this moment and see what was left behind (what was

"underneath" all that emotion and turbulence).... this is the working of the

neutral mind (riding the wave until it subsides, without feeding it or getting

pulled under by the turbulance of it and then when the defence mechanism has

calmed down...taking stalk, looking at the facts through the clarity of the Soul

and making choices based on what you percieve through clear mindedness.

Swami...goodluck

May all light illuminate your way,

Sat Sangeet
