Guest guest
People should be scared of becoming dependent on supplements whose long term use is potentially detrimental (remember aspartame), becoming dependent on an industry that is unreliable and often downright dishonest, and scared of not understanding the difference between the therapeutic use of supplements and the nutritional use of supplements. Many supplements are approaching pharmaceutical grade (very strong with the same potential side-effects). Supplements that mimic the bodies own biochemical processes can create dependency and inhibit the body's natural ability to synthesize nutrients. You may think that is unimportant but over the long term it has a potential for trouble. If this has made you think about it, or do more research, or be more cautious, or consult a professional, or consider whether these supplements are really helping you, then good. Most of the the supplement industry and the flow of information around supplements is controlled by the pharmaceutical companies and other individuals with money interests in mind, not your health and independence in mind. Don't be scared, be cautious, be honest, and connect with the inner wisdom. If it is good for you, great, but be prepared to throw it away when it is no longer great. I would just like that you be careful. Seva Simran, > >>
