I mean i am a christian and i don't know if it is right to do yoga. Or is it for every religion?" --I practice all three, and have found no conflicts. I just don't mix them when I actually practice. Buddhism isn't necessarily God-less, its concept-less. Yes yoga is for everyone. The only evil is propogating the myth that yoga is anti-Christian, don't believe it. I find that a big basic difference between Christianity and KY is this: in many Christian religions they have you looking for the Kingdom of Heaven OUTSIDE somewhere. After doing KY for a while, you will begin to realize that 'peace' was within all along. Blessings Deva
Guest guest
I would add to Deva's reply that I had been estranged from my church for many years when I started taking yoga. Now I go regularly. Yoga didn't take me away from Christianity; it brought me back to it by giving me a stronger sense and understanding of my soul and my connection to God. peace and prosperity, love and light, sukhmani - Brad Greenstreet Kundaliniyoga Tuesday, March 11, 2003 12:52 PM Re: Kundalini Yoga yoga question;yoga answers Sat Nam Patrick, "I am taking this website's yoga lessons and want to ask if this yoga has to do with buddishm.
