Guest guest
Hello. I have been doing the SaTaNaMa meditation with the hand mudra for about 65 days. At first I saw amazing shifts. And it was wonderful. I am looking towards completing 90 days. Now I am feeling agitated inside. Less calm and relaxed. Talking more and interupting people. And now I resist doing this each morning, almost feeling that my body knows that for right now, this is enough. But then again, I wonder if the real essence is to work through this. Any thoughts? My advice, keep with the 90 day plan or even beyond! Your doing spectacular, and what you are experiencing is normal, virtually everyone experiences discomfort to a degree, with Kirtan. Feeling agitated, less calm and relaxed is a by-product of the consciousness realignment you are facilitating. You are disturbing your ego's comfort zone, full speed ahead! ;-) The upside to that at this point is that your awareness is also expanding it sounds like. Being aware of feelings and being able to step back and witness are important tools, keep practicing them. And as long as you are aware of them you can disarm them. Try this next time you feel like interrupting someone or talking over them...'pull yourself back in' by focusing on your heart center while that person is speaking. That is, get out of your head. Just listen in a neutral, heart-centered way, then respond. Blessings Deva
