I recently visited 3HO online and did my tantric numerology and it was recommend (on the print out) I do the meditation for the Divine Shield and Ajnaa Stimulation Kriya or exercise sets for strentheing the aura . Finance are at a critical all time low right now , so I can not afford all the books that are recommended . I do not have Transitions yet . SOUL OF 7 KARMA OF 6 GIFT OF 5 (TEACHER , somebody did mention that to me before) DESTINY OF 6 PATH OF 10 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Both this kriya and the Divine Shield meditation are in Guru Dharam and Darryl's book "Kundalini The Essence of Yoga". If you can't get the book I can copy it for you tomorrow...
