1st I would like to THANK everyone for the clarification of the "GOD"

in the mantra's. I do believe in a "Universal Force" so this will

help me relax more into the mantra. Thank you very much.

Now my next question. When in meditation does anyone get a very light

headed feeling? Almost dizzy? I have gone into meditation and come

out very dizzy and my body seems so relaxed that my head is leaning

back as though I am facing upward but I'm in a sitting position. I

have that foggy sort of feeling

Is this normal? Am I going to deeply into this, Since I don't even

feel my physical body when in mediation?

Maybe I am not describing it correctly. I can think and respond

normally after I finish the mediatation but feel as though the heart

and head are murky or foggy for awhile after.

I am knew to this tecnique of yoga and have not had this experience

with any of the other techniques.

If I am doing something wrong please let me know or If this is not a

normal thing to experience.

Thank you all again for your guidance and suggestions. I am very

excited to begin this new journey.

Blessings,

Keyleun

What meditation are you doing? Are you working with the lessons at

kundalini yoga?

Basically, it is important to do some yoga first as a preparation...and

as grounding, in your case.

While meditating, unless otherwise directly, focus on the tip of your

nose as the default. Pay a lot of attention to the sensations in your

body, and the sublety of your breath and how it moves in your body

It is also very important to always apply the neck lock during meditation.

This will keep your head from leaning back and probably help the dizziness.
