Guest guest
Sat Nam Keyleun, You said you get so relaxed that your face looks upward during meditation and then at the end you feel dizzy and groggy. I was always taught that it's essential to have the back of the neck very straight when meditating, even tucking the chin in slightly. If your head tilts back, your big heavy skull is covering over the vertebrae at the top of the spine, so you would tend to become dizzy because the prana cannot fully move up the spine--it can get trapped. Especially with a Kundalini meditation, where we are moving through more energy. Maybe you could find a big steady chair with a straight, high back, to meditate in so you can cultivate that wonderful feeling of relaxation in a healthy way.
