Sat Nam KY Family, I have a question, for the last month during my 31 minute

meditation, I have started the uncontrolled shakeing, it only happens during my

meditation, a feeling comes over me, like im going to explode inside, and then I

feel like I just want to get up and start running, then I tell myself im not

going to move, just remain still, and keep mind silent and focus on third eye,

but what happens is my entire back and arms start shakening, now it has got so

bad that I have had to cut down from 31 minutes to 11 minutes, my question is

this, I have back problems, something like a pinched nerve or something, now

could this be blocking the kundalini and causing these spasms during my

meditation? If so, what kind of excersize sets should I be doing, to help this

on a natural level, and please keep in mind I am not working at this time in my

life, I am living at home taking care of a terminally ill mother and I am not

financially able to see chyropractor or doctor, I have to work on this thing on

a natural level......any suggestion at this time would be greatly

appreciated.....Thanks.....Valerie...

Have you tried doing simple poses such as the

cobra, camel, fish which flex and strengthen the

back well? Also, the savasana exercises which I

had mailed quite a while back. Lifting the hips

gradually off the floor while lying down, is a good

exercise to strengthen the back.
