I don't remember who it was that posted that they were having

trouble with keeping their space after yoga class, after teaching

several times a week. The problem seemed to be you were doing some

meditation too, and ego was coming up.

 

So everyone that was interested in that thread, Sangeet, Ranjit, etc..

check out new Yoga International. There's a great article by George

Feuerstein called "Releasing the Little Ego", ...

 

here's a quote from it and this really was what I was talking about

in the thread:

 

"Emotional-mental tension--from anxiety to anger to feelings of

rejection, and so on--can be released through consistent mindfulness

and cultivation of the witnessing disposition."

 

So you see George and I agree on this :-)

 

Also the same issue there's a slammin' article on the Gayatri Mantra

for those interested.
