Posture: Sit in Easy Pose or in a chair with your back straight. Make wide

circles with your torso by grinding at the waist. First rotate in one

direction, then switch direction.

 

Focus: The eyes are closed and focused at the third-eye point. Also,

visualize sending healing erergy to your liver.

 

Breath: Inhale during the backward semi-circle, exhale as you circle

forward.

 

Mantra: This Medical Meditation is done without a mantra.

 

Mudra: Hold your knees with your hands, and use this as a pull/push tool

while making the circles.

 

Time: 1-2 minutes per direction.

 

End: Inhale in the center, hold your breath for 10-30 seconds. Exhale and

relax.
