Guest guest
Sat Nam Hans, Glad to hear of your 'awakening'. Thats the way I started, just kept listening to the inner voice. "It's difficult to explain all that I'm feeling these last months, if not impossible." --we always need to try to explain. A hard habit to let go of. It sounds as if you are picking up on the 'unseen' world around you though. "they ask the 'standard' questions like "do you believe in god?". If I say yes, trrromm-trrromm-trrommm, the whole army comes into action; they start about science and how we don't need a god, that god is a poor explanation for dumb people...they start about big bang, about religions causing all these pain, wars,..." --some people are in love with their intellect and how wonderfully they can 'explain' everything. Believing in God or good doesn't necessarily have anything to do with yoga. God is a concept according to some. For me She is more than that, and I feel Her especially every morning, but I never found Her in a job, or in a book,..or in my head. For some remaining stuck in their life is where it's at, always looking outward for experience or validation. I used to get questions too, yoga from friends. Eventually learned that offering to show them some, or do some with them was more effective. It seperates those who are just interested in debate from those who are truly curious. Keep up.
