Guest guest
Does anyone use tuning forks on their students during relaxation? I don't have a gong yet, but I sometimes use tuning forks and singing bowls in class. My students especially love the singing bowls. I place the bowls directly on their chakras (heart or navel) and play them. After I activate the forks, I place them near each student's ears to first hear the fork's vibration before I use them for grounding. I am exploring sound healing, and I would be very interested in hearing about other techniques used during relaxation by the teachers on this list.
