I can tell you right off the bat: cooked oils are highly acid producing--so saute foods in water --and then you can add fresh oils which does not diminish the taste one bit. In fact, we have made Mung Beans and Rice this way, sauteing the onions etc. in water and substituting quinoa for rice. My favorite alkalinizing recipe is Yogi Green Mush with Avocado! Steam some zucchini and some celery. Then place in food processor with fresh parsley and mint. Blend just so everything is to an even consistency, and serve warm with avo on top! MMMM.
