Guest guest
Could someone please interpret the mantra "Wahe Guru Ji ka Khalsa, Wahe Guru Ji ki Fateh!" I say it after class but I don't know the exact meaning. Thank you. Sat Nam, Dev Dharam Kaur
Guest guest
--Sat Nam, What did you mean when you said you chanted this mantra at the end of your class? It is not a kundalini yoga mantra. It is an expression unique to the Sikh religion. It is said, for instance, at the end of Ardas (a Sikh prayer), and means: the pure ones belong to God, all victory is to God. I would be concerned if it was taught in the context of a yoga class, as it is important to make a distinction between kundalini yoga and the sikh religion. Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa - The Power of God is with those of a pure heart. Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh - Victory is with the Power of God.
