Guest guest
Hello everyone, I've got a simple question. I always hear lately you should not be 'too acid' and have a 'alkaline diet', now, I eat 2 oranges every day after lunch (actually; while I'm reading this digest!)... I guess that's a good thing no (fruits!) ? I ask it because oranges are 'acid' to me, or am I getting it all wrong. To me eating healthy is simple; lots of fruit, vegetables and fibres and as little as possible of 'all the rest'. Sat nam, Hans.
