Guest guest
Okay,...... here's another option. Go check out http://www.rasayoga.com/ click on the "About Rasa Yoga" tab. good stuff! Chanting and toning while in posture. Very "present" feeling, very nurturing. I bring some elements of it into my personal practice, in so far as letting my being make what sound it wants/needs to make. (yeah, sometimes bedroom noises). Yogiji has observed aloud that we "aren't doing the emotional work". It's all part of the ONE. In their training there is lots of time given to Ayurveda. Sat nam, Dharam In the beginning was the Word (sound) and then there was the light. Now the job is how to turn that light back into a sound.................unless you sign. Sometimes the silence is louder than any noise could be RASA CLASS Gentle, flowing asana practice influenced by Ayurveda. Sound is incorporated into the asana through humming, toning and chanting. Rasa Yoga is an integrated school encompassing four branches of yoga: Raja (royal path, technique), Karma (action), Bhakti (devotion) and Jnana (knowledge). The intent of Rasa Yoga is to present yoga sadhanas in a manner that can be easily digested by students, in order to accumulate healthy Prana, Tejas and Ojas. The practices specifically include asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, scripture, diet/food and self-care sadhanas. Guest guest
Dharam says, Yogi Bhajan says, "we aren't doing the emotional work." Could you elaborate on that a little. What he is refering to, what you are refering to. > > > > ]
