Sat Nam Gururattan,

I was just searching on the web for an alkaline food list and I came

across a list that had mustard listed as an acid forming food. But

it's worth noting that all the lists I came across contradicted each

other....so I would imagine there must not be a consencsus on what

foods are acid to begin with and what foods don't actually act as an

acid in the body?

Thought I'd pass that info along,

Sat Sangeet

Some foods are close enough to being neutral that they can end up

jumping the line.
