Guest guest
Sat Nam Gururattan, I was just searching on the web for an alkaline food list and I came across a list that had mustard listed as an acid forming food. But it's worth noting that all the lists I came across contradicted each other....so I would imagine there must not be a consencsus on what foods are acid to begin with and what foods don't actually act as an acid in the body? Thought I'd pass that info along, Sat Sangeet
