Guest guest
Greetings! My name is Gary and I reside in Los Angeles where I work in the entertainment industry. I also am a healer and have practiced the Yogas for many years, as well as chi kung and the Magical system of Franz Bardon. My wife, Chrissie, and I are having a book published this fall which we're pretty excited about: "Power Prayer-A Program for Unlocking Your Spiritual Strength" I have been reading some of the old messages and feel very fortunate to have access such tremendous information and to be a part of a group with so many really great people. I don't post much, but do actually have a question! In the book 'Transitions to a Heart Centered World' there is a kriya titled 'Pranayama Series'. Part of the instructions for the last step are: 'first three fingers touching each other and opposite fingers, thumbs and little fingers pulled apart, but touching opposite fingers' I can't understand nor visualize how to properly perform this mudra...even with the diagram. Any help and clarification would be appreciated! Blessings Gary
Guest guest
Sat Nam Gary and Welcome, Think of the mudra like this. Hold your hands in a prayer pose, hands together. Now move the thumbs and pinkies out away from the middle 3 fingers. That leaves all fingers touching their opposites and the 3 middle fingers of each hand contacting each other laterally as well. Hope that was clear enough. If not, there's lots of folks here more eloquent at these things than I. Guest guest
Sat Nam Gary...I'll take a shot at it! Press your palms together as in the way we do in prayer mudra....now you know Mr. Spock? Live long and prosper? (pull your pinkies away from the rest of the fingers in this manner).....and then pull your thumbs away from the index fingers, stretching the web between thumb and hand...and now pull your palms apart, but keep all of your finger tips touching......look through this space down at the pinkies. So there is distance between the ring fingers and pinkies and thumbs and index fingers...but the other fingers stay pressed against each other just like you would if you were going to clap your hands! Hope that helps, Sat Sangeet Gary Blaze <serpentpower wrote:Greetings! My name is Gary and I reside in Los Angeles where I work in the entertainment industry.
