So when I AM out there be it in the outside day or night; or indoors and beyond I practice This conscious breathing in the Silent Sound Comforting me with this realitie's presence While all beings are brought into tranquil order. Then consciously breathing out Loving Light Sun Rays from my Heart filling all of reality Be it the facilitation and the facilitated as one. So to enhance my focus I bow to animate the Reality back and forth while I AM practicing Listening to Silent Sound behind all sounds And shinning Heart Love Light via reality. Other practice techniques are the keeping the Eyes 10 percent open, so not open or closed And the pupil half covered by upper eye lid. When I feel like I just want to get up & quit I twist, shake, stretch, rotate my arms, bow, Lean back, make some noise, breath little Deeper-slower-faster, or say some prayer, Or change the silence focus to a mantra. In this way I can pull down my mind that Wants to get up run off to go chatter words To sit down with me while I ajust my body To experience the silent sound comfortably While I shine Sun Light of Love from Heart.
