Thanks for the health report. When did you start feeling an

improvement....after how many days? Saro Nari Sohi Pranayam is supposed

to be the BOMB for what you described but in my experience, it is the

Yoga that sets up the Pranayam or meditation. What yoga set from

"Transitions" did you do? I remember you had been doing Surya Kriya. And

finally, did you DO any dietary or lifestyle changes or is everything

just sorting itself from the inside out? I am just real curious.

teachers tell us is absolutely TRUE : we are being transformed through kundalini

yoga, we are getting rid of toxins and fears and negative patterns of behavior

that we don't need anymore...it's just not automatic..it takes some time, as a

natural process would and it really all depends on how willing we are to let go

and let God .. or the energy or the universe to take care of us. And once that

feling of love and trust is born within us then an amazing sense of Freedom

comes! And nothing compares to that...I get glimpses of this freedom lately and

just when I'm ready to be disappointed again a little voice inside me tells me

"don't give up..you don't even imagine how good it can get..it is beyond your

present state of consciousness.."so I keep the faith and keep up... and every

morning I wake up, with a smiling Sat Nam!

The improvement came very quickly almost after a week or so...The yoga set was

your suggestion p.36 "Strengthening the navel center, elimination

&digestion..." and you're right, it was the yoga that made the

difference...actually I loved it so much, I had a hard time letting it go, but I

had to stop 'cause I started 3 new jobs and this set takes a really long

time...then I did a few more changes to my diet, I quit coffee (well almost..

now I drink occasionally decaf) which was really iritating my stomach and 14

dayz ago I started a detox diet which I find perfect for my system : red grapes,

vegetables and organic rusk of barley (whole grain) from Crete, with olive

oil...oh!and some times organic soya for extra protein..and lots of yogi tea!

My digestion is much better and my spirits a lot higher! Also because of the new

jobs I started running around a lot, like I always used to, before this year,

and this definitely helped...you see I am a kinesthetic person too..2much

sitting around in the house can make me ill. Now I'm trying to decide if it's

time for the ariseandshine project...it sounds really nice but I am not

sure...also I have another question : I did my numerology on the 3HO site and I

had soul 5, karma 3, gift 6, destiny 7,path 6... the readings were pretty clear

and many things in my life now make sense but I was wondering... is there

anything else that you see that I should know?

Hey Sat Atma,

That olive oil sounds too good! and in a bruschetta....? Hmmmmm..

If your time is short, doing 3 to eleven minutes of Sat Kriya after

some spinal warmups and stretching will help with the Lower Triangle

which ties into all of the pelvic bowl situation....digestion and sexual

energy/emotional. Your Karma of Three, particularly and Soul of Five

requires you to work your mid section a lot. Then cover up and do a nice

layout with a Gong Cd played louder than your neighbors would prefer

(cgi-bin/start.cgi/kycds.html#jiwan by Sat

Jiwan). Do Saro Nari Sohi Pranayam after the layout.

Do carrot - veggies juices everyday. The cleanse rocks, especially if

you are moving around. While doing the cleanse, one to two quarts a day

is amazing. Chew your liquids, drink your solids.

Hey Dharam,

"μη χειÏότεÏα?!!!" that was good! no I am not from Salonica I am from

Athens (but my father is!) do you have a friend there?!? and the rusk is not

exactly a bruschetta, it is much healthier because it is dried up barley bread

full of fibers (I should send you some) and not bread fried in a pan! (do you

think I'm so crazy to detox with yummy delicacies?) sorry but I didn't

understand what you mean "While doing the cleanse, one to two quarts a day is

amazing." ...also listen to this : right now I am doing a kriya for mental

balance from Shakta's book and Gurunam's meditation for cosmic flow and what

happened which amazed me was that as soon as I took my attention away from my

problem area (stomach)the problem got lighter..interesting?
