HI,

JUST READ THE LESSON ON SA TA NA MA MEDITATION. I ASSUME EACH SOUND

IS ON A SEPARATE BREATH. SS THAT CORRECT? ALSO, THE REFERENCE

TO "L" IS THIS THE PATHWAY FROM THE CROWN TO THE 3RD EYE?

ALL HELP WELCOME HERE.

Not at all. No special attention to the breath is specified. Just inhale

and chant all four sounds as many times as you can within a normal range

of comfort.

Correct. You can also see the "L" form as a column of luminosity with

any attention to movement. Just let the flow happen on it's own. This is

especially useful if you have a tendency for motion sickness or if you

are simply tired of being "in your head". I personally like to be in a

Full Body Sense when I meditate with just enough focus on Brow/tip of

nose to do the meditation properly. Pay attention to the sensations in

your body.

out breaths and in breaths, sounding each of

the four Sa Ta Na Ma. Please David explain

what these four words mean oh learned one?
