No special attention to the breath is specified. Just inhale and chant all four sounds as many times as you can within a normal range of comfort. > SS THAT CORRECT? Just let the flow happen on it's own. This is especially useful if you have a tendency for motion sickness or if you are simply tired of being "in your head". I personally like to be in a Full Body Sense when I meditate with just enough focus on Brow/tip of nose to do the meditation properly. Pay attention to the sensations in your body.
