Guest guest
I have some barely decipherable notes on a yoga set that I would like to get cleared up. If you know this set or know where I might find it I'd be grateful. It's a set for preventing the effects of old age. It has four exercises. 1. Is to stand with the heels together, toes pointed out, thumbs locked together, arms up over the head and lean as far back as you can comfortably. 2. Feet in same as #1, bend as far over as possible, hands on the floor. On the inhale hold the breath in and pump the stomach as many times as possible, same on the exhale. 3. Feet spread shoulder width apart, arms spread wide like you're about to greet someone, thumb and ring finger finger together. Swivel the hips around as if to hold up a hula hoop. 4. Arms and legs in same position as #3, rotate the arms backward while inhaling upright and slightly back and exhaling while bending all the way over. What I am looking for is the correct breath, timing and anything I might have left out with these notes so many years ago. Thanks.
