Guest guest
Sat Nam, If a person misses doing Sadhana between 4-8:00 am, is it better to do it later in the morning than not at all? I kick myself for missing that quiet time before dawn to connect, but sometimes I just can't seem to get myself out of bed. Of course! it's always better to do something instead of nothing...sadhana during the amrit vela is the best, but even if you miss that, it is still important to devote an amount of your time and energy every day to the awakening of your soul. If I am not wrong, Yogi Bhajan says that the next best time is between 3:30-4:30 in the afternoon. love and light marily sat atma Sponsor "OUR DESTINY IS TO BE HAPPY" - Yogi Bhajan To UNSUBSCRIBE from this list, please send a blank email to Kundaliniyoga NO UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS TO THE LIST PLEASE!> WEB SITE: kundalini yoga KUNDALINI YOGA ON-LINE TRAINING.
