Interspersed with the root chakra positions I do positions which complement the root-chakra positions. For the root chakra I am doing: Sat Kriya, The Crow, stomach exercises, and the Camel, al of these from Gurukattan Khalsa's books. I do each of these poses with breath of fire for 2 minutes, and Sat Kriya for 3 min. Of course the KY makes a lot of emotional stuff comes up, which is why I almost dread doing the yoga though have a fantastic feeling of well being. Guest guest Posted April 13, 2003 Report Share Posted April 13, 2003 Sat Nam Steven, In Shakta's book 'Kundalini Yoga' there is an exercise in the kriya for Mental Balance which is said to have been used by the yogis since ancient times for sexual imbalances. Maybe you would like to try it, it goes like this : lay down on the floor, hug your knees to the chest and then make your whole body bounce up and down. With SK u will definetely command/curb your sexual area. Also how can you dread something that gives you a "fantastic feeling of well being" ? Just for you to think about. All the best.
