Guest guest
hey! i believe if i remember correctly, har means "cosmic reality"or the creative aspect of God, and wahe guru means, more or less, "Hooray, God!" so it is sort of like revering the awesomeness of the creativity of god. correct me, anyone, if i'm wrong! love, Lisa
Guest guest
Har.....means creative infinity ( a name of God) Wahe Guru...is the experience of ecstasy, in union with the Divine....it's going from darkness to light. This is a good mantra to stimulate the navel energy and bring it to the third eye point for a deeper meditative experience.
