I have heard the triple mantra is a good one but I am having problems finding it in local stores. The fear of having my children have to go back to the way of life they had a year ago frightens me. I admit the fear in my heart for them AND for me. I have full custody but ex is appealing and we have oral arguments June 11th. Any advice is appreciated.
