Guest guest
Sat nam,This is the first time I post something in this forum, although I have been reading it for near two months. I find it really useful. THe reason of this post is that I have myopia, and I would like to know if there is any kriya to recover from it or at least to reduce it. Thank you very much for all your comments.Ana Net: La mejor conexión a internet y 25MB extra a tu correo por $100 al mes.

Thank you very much for all > your comments.Ana I'm not sure if there are specific kriyas to help your myopia, but there are *many* natural vision improvement methods around, and you can learn from people on other lists such as '2see.' or 'I-see@..' Many people have gone from as bad as -12.00D to 20/20! Personally I experienced enormous improvement in my vision when following those methods... Guest guest
I had mailed, some months ago, a set of facial exercises, which improves blood flow to all parts of the head, including eyes. This should help. Check the archives. gai Platinum - Watch CBS' NCAA March Madness, live on your desktop! http://platinum.

Guest guest
I also am struggling with vision. I was extroverted and far sighted. Then I withdrew into myself. Now I am near sighted. What I have found that helps is to not wear sun glasses but wear a hat with a brim. (All animals that live in a light environment - like eagles - have sharp vision) Don't squint. Keep your eyes moving all the time to change focus. Palm frequently. My guru says meditate on the eyes being 2 search lights probing the nature of reality. There's a good book on the yoga of vision. I'll look for it and send the reference. Stimulate the optic nerve by going out in the early morning in natural light. Move from the dark into the light slowly in the morning when you wake up. Focus on the 3rd eye and meditate on the concept that all vision is a form of awareness.
