Guest guest
Hey Laurel, The sound "HAR" is the masculine aspect of God. ("HARI" is the feminine.) These sounds are not very far, at all, from HA! HA!. A real deep gut laugh has a lot of power to transform and heal. When chanting bring some of that projection with it, meditation need not be all work. Chanting HAR before Wahe Guru gives it more "oomph".
