Blessings!

Thank you Sat Sangeet and Is E for the insightful thoughts on moths, I guess

I was seeing them in a "different light" than butterflies...but that makes

perfect sense all belonging to the genus Lepodoptera!..(always trying to step

away from my scientific mind! ha ha)

Blindy devoted...hmmmm, thanks Is E! I also experience myself battering

against(?) some obstacle to free that thread that seems to be holding me

back(?) My journey since losing my daughter to spirit seems to be to find joy

in as many areas and ways as possible! Thanks Sat Sangeet! As I write 2 white

doves are sitting on the walkway looking in at me!

I response to the question concerning the Vishuddha...

The throat chakra may be treated Ayurvedically through (first and foremost)

prana. Other modalities are beneficial but Ayurveda teaches that outside

modalities are to be used in conjunction with pranic healing.

Saraswati(tongue channel-nadi) goes up near the Sushumna, in the middle of

the triangle(root chakra) arising clockwise and branches out from the throat

chakra to the tip of the tongue. You can visualize the prana arising, tracing

it's path as you meditate with each breath. The exhale ending in the the

throat chakra, exhaling out to the Saraswati. The channel to the tongue can

be treated by application of herbs and oils to the neck and throat and

placing the tongue at the roof of the mouth. Also since the seed syllable for

the Vishuddha("very pure") is "Ham" chanting Ham and feeling it's vibration

in your throat is very helpful.

All Blessings and Health!

Rebecca
