pray & meditate to heal yourself & the earth

Dearest Deanna and all,

 

you are so right - all people on earth should be peacemakers!

 

But we all are really lucky, as Yogis and some of us as Kabbalists too, we have

so many healing tools, all these wonderful meditations, the Christ Prayer

(Gurunam)... *

 

We only have to use them. I can only speak for myself - and I often think, I

should use them much more. But there is still something like resistance

sometimes. And so I have to begin again and again. Praying and meditating has

much more power as we can imagine.

 

I wish you a peaceful heart, dearest Deanna - if you can send light to this boy,

send love to him... - his picture goes around the world... it's really terrible,

where he has to go through. His life isn't easy.

 

You can chant Akal for all those who lost their life, perhaps some of them don't

know, that they are dead, because they lost their life suddenly and very quick.

It's important for them to find their way into the great light, paradise... and

it's important for the peace on earth.

 

For me in such cases I'm 'happy' to know there is something what we call Karma.

This thought doesn't make anything easy and funny, but it's my one consulation

and a little help sometimes to understand all things which I wouldn't understand

without it.

 

* Deanna and all others who want do a little bit more for their own peace and

the

peace around them, here is the Christ prayer, which is really very powerful,

although it seems very simple. But this is the power within. The truth is

simple.

 

Start with:

 

Love before me

Love behind me

Love at my left

Love at my right

Love above me

Love below me

Love unto me

Love in my surroundings

Love to all

Love to the universe

 

Then pray the same with Peace before me, Peace behind me... Light before me...

 

and then:

 

Christ before me

Christ behind me

Christ at my left

Christ at my right

Christ above me

Christ below me

Christ unto me

Christ in the eyes of those who see me

Christ in the ears of those who listen to me

Christ in the heart of those who think of me

Christ in the heart of those who speak of me

I love Christ in those, whom I may have affended,

directly or indirectly.

May the light be with them.

.... after you did the prayer for yourself you can do the same for everybody

else,

for example for this poor boy... your own children... just add their names

instead of 'me'... you can do it like a meditation every day, 40 days, 52 days,

120 days, your whole life...
