Guest guest Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 Sat Nam, Usually, Archer Pose or Triangle Pose are recommended for strengthening the nervous system. I would like to know if there is an actual kriya, for the purpose stated above, which include both poses, or maybe if there is a recommendation on how to combine these two poses in a sequence, perhaps by adding other complementary poses.
