Guest guest
Greetings Everyone, I have had a problem for a while that i hope someone might be able to advice on. About 5 - 6 Months ago, i strained my left leg doing stretches. I think i pulled my ham string as i had pain coming from the side of the knee as if it was emanating from the bone. I'm sure you've experienced that burning sensation. Anyway, after some time of limping and taking it easy the pain subsided and i was back to normal. My suspicions is that my leg is not back to normal since i can stretch using my right easier and further than my left (noting that i am left handed). Also until this day, i do experience pains when working with my left leg. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can balance/heal my leg. Anything would be appreciated. -Al
Guest guest
Hi!Your leg pain sounds more like a ligament problem than a pulled hamstring. Which side of your knee is it?
