Sat Nam Al,

 

The fastest medicine for a pulled muscle I know of, is to LEAVE IT

ALONE. For at least 2 weeks. Then gently, very gently begin stretching

slightly. Maybe increasing the stretch every other or every 2 days, go

by feel.

 

I've found that leaving pulled muscles alone is what heals them the fastest.
