Guest guest
Hello Evalina, I'm afraid i don't know of any Kriyas for memorizing although i would be interested in knowing if there are any as well. I do know some techniques. Try reading the pages out with your own voice and recording them on mp3 or cassette or whatever. Then play that recording continuously throughout the night. Also sticking the pages on the wall and staring at them until you fall asleep was quite good. If you want something more professional, check out some of the Monroe Institute memory products. They are based on the famous Hemi-Sync Tech. Good luck to you ... -Al
Guest guest
There are a number of meditations and sets for the brain. There is meditation for "Adjusting the Brain and Increasing Intelligence" on page 41 of "Physical Wisdom" that definitely make brain feel nice and makes much quicker. Also check out www.brainergy.com, he has some cool techniques for the brain.
