Guest guest Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 SAT NAM, My husband recently has taken interest in yoga and we both are doing it together and I am very happy about it. I understand that it is good to do in groups rather than do it alone. But what I notice is that I was able to feel the energy more before and also I dont seem to like the slight disturbances that are caused when 2 people do yoga or during morning activities. Is this just my ego ? Also, we are doing 2 different kriyas (har har gobinde) and Gunpati kriya at the same time in the same room. I felt that the kriyas wouldnt be effective for either of us done this way and I couldnt pay the same attention as before. Is this true? Can we do 2 different kriyas at the same time ?
