Guest guest Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 Hi everyone, I was just wondering if any one could shed some light on a starting place for me. i have been practicing ypga for about two years. I know my kundalini has been rising for awhile. I have a series of dvds for kundalini yoga, 1-12. I suppose normally you would start at the beginning, but if I have a specific problem is it ok to do them out of order? I have fibromyalgia, and it is especially bad in the neck and shoulders. Can I do the shoulder and neck set and then start from the beginning? Or start at the beginning and then do the shoulder/neck one as an extra set? Is it ok to skip around?
