Sat Nam,

 

To add a comment on a previous topic, I realized last night after talking to a

dr about maintaining an alkaine body, that one of the simplists and cheapest

ways to do so is to put lemon in your water and drink it all day. Lemon is the

best food to maintain an alkaline body. And it is common knowledge that cancer,

etc cannot grow in an alkaline environment.

 

I know that straight lemon is bad for the teeth, but I assume some in water is

ok.

 

There are also "green" powder products that support the body in this way and

have other beneficial effects. I am currently taking one that recommends the

method -- put it in water and sip it during the day.

 

There are also water purifiers/ionizers that produce alkaline ph water.

 

Of course, food choice is important as is avoiding too much stress. These areas

are covered in previous letters and this topic can be researched on the

internet. I am not looking to restart the conversation. Just wanted to add the

piece about lemon water and summarize for newcomers.
