To master the Negative Mind, do the meditation "Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio", out loud, 8 repetitions per breath, for 31 minutes daily. It's call the "The Last Meditation" in Transitions to a Heart Centered World. From the same book, check out the exercise for Aerobic Capacity. It KILLS but works real good. To master the Positive Mind, do the meditation "Eliminating Thoughts You Dislike", on page 29 of the KUNDALINI MEDITATION MANUAL FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS ... or... Sing or meditate on the mantra (or Shabd) " Ardaas Bhaee Amar Das Guru, Amar Das Guru Ardaas Bhaee, Ram Das Guru, Ram Das Guru, Ram Das Guru Sachee Sahaee". Matamandir Singh and Singh Kaur wonderful versions of these. "The Last Meditation" in Transitions to a Heart Centered World also is good fro the Pranic Body along with "Ra Ma Da Sa....Sa Say Sohung" done in the classic form on one breath with the breath suspension in the middle.
