Guest guest
The breath of Fire alkalinizes the blood The concentration during breath of fire is on the exhale but the power is equal in and out The navel must move 3 or more inches in and out The whole diaphram acts like a bellows (handles at the navel) closing on the spine forcing the air out. It is a learned practice, you know you have it when you can do it for twenty minutes straight.
