Guest guest
hi j-- i empathize with you. you have alot to do right now and it's probably so hard to even find the time to begin to think about how to focus and concentrate. maybe the first thing to do is to try and bring your whole being, your whole entity, as it were, into your activities, even the mundane ones. to dwell on all the positive aspects of you from time past and recent, your spirit, your soul, feel yourself or perceive yourself as someone to be nurtured atleast in thought if not in action. think about a person or atime when you felt great tenderness for a person and shift nthat perspective onto yourself. feel that you are taking care of yourself, just by mentally directing your thoughts to the positive aspects of things! i have tried to think up as many little techniques for changing my own point of view as possible in creative ways. i sort of have to make it up as i go along. kundalini yoga will help you so much. don't feel you have to become some master of it immediately... if you only devote 5 or 10 minutes a day to it, doing it with as much of yourself as you can bring to the fore, you will evolve past this. if you need help or just want to talk i'll give you my email. keep hanging in there. it will pay off. sat nam lisa

Guest guest
Dear J:All of life is yoga, and we are all given what we have for some reason, and how we come out of it all is our path, the making of ourselves. Just when you think you are very tired of it all, you will find some miracle happening, however, the responsibility will be yours to watch and listen and find. Remember when you think doors are closed you will notice others opening. Don't give up after a lesson or two. As Marily suggested to Jodie, try a kriya each day, and while you try it, make that hour completely for yourself. If by chance disturbances do happen, welcome them. The main thing is , refuse to let yourslef get pulled down by circumstances. The benefits and joys that others have experienced on this list will soon be yours, and you will be advising others on how to manage a 6 month old infant, and do KY simultaneously. Sat Nam to you and your baby.L j_seeker7 <j_seeker7 wrote:to give my son a better life, all the attention and care i can. i wish to be a better person.......... a way..........out ia m tired now utterly tired of living..............
