Guest guest
Dear J, Post partum depression is common and is treatable - have you consulted your doctor? KY is helpful to practice as an aid to healing. It is complementary. You are not alone. Many women suffer a chemical imbalance after giving birth. You have been blessed with a husband and son. What could be more marvelous than giving birth to a new soul? Looking after a baby is exhausting. Be kind to yourself and realise that this is a time when sometimes you cannot keep up the home standards you aspire to. Your priority is clearly to care for your son and husband. Rest as much as you can and when you have time when the baby is asleep sit quietly and do deep breathing and left nostril breathing. It is very calming. With love and light guruprem
